Automatic sending of Email or SMS notifications

To speed up the academic management processes SIGA can automatically send notifications by email or SMS:

• Application Notifications: the software automatically sends notifications by email or SMS to the candidate and those who are managing the application process in its different stages (Application submission, payment instructions, application approval, enrollment submission, enrollment validation, etc.);

• Programme Notifications: SIGA also foresees the possibility to carry out notifications at different stages of the programme (start date, due payments, beginning of period, nonattendance threshold, availability of certificates, etc.);

• Configurable Content: the content of the automatic notifications is configurable for each edition, and may include application data (e.g. candidate’s name, username, password, etc.) and attachments.
